She believes into the power of human capital especially the importance of mobilizing and unleashing the women power, senior power and youth power. “GWC is a great platform established by amazing people. Adrian Doble

Director, Turnaround Management Association UK, UK Based

Adrian has worked with businesses and individuals on change, re-engineering and restructuring projects over 27 years in 22 different sectors globally.  I am a restructuring professional, now semi-retired, having been a founder partner of FRP Advisory back in 2010.

Adrian works with big and small enterprises, senior leaders and aspiring individuals. GWC attracted him because he found that he was able to use his restructuring skills in business to help individuals to change and improve.

Adrian is based in London and became a Founder Fellow of the Institute of Turnaround here in 2001 and of the European Association of Certified Turnaround Professionals in 2012. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers UK from an early career of 22 years in banking.

Andrea Conner

President, Athena International, USA Based

Andrea Conner is a change agent and strategic relationship builder. Through her success in global leadership roles spanning four countries, she promotes corporate social responsibility, leadership development, and gender equity.

 As President of ATHENA International, Andrea leads the organization in its mission to support, develop and honor women leaders. In doing so, she brings an international approach and global awareness of the challenges facing women’s educational and equal opportunity advancement.

A servant to the global community, Andrea serves on the Board of the Sias International University Foundation that supports a private post-secondary school in rural China, and is a Governing Body Board Member for the Raleigh Chapter of the US National Committee for UN Women. She is a consultant for the World Academy for the Future of Women and previously worked on assignment for United Nations Women-Beijing. 

Andrea holds a master’s degree in Global Leadership and a bachelor’s degree in economics and business.  Currently residing in North Carolina, Andrea advocates fiercely for issues important to the advancement of the world’s women and global citizenship.

Cassandra Kelly

Cassandra is a global advisor and company director with a passion for commercial and social enterprise and a background in finance, risk and markets.  She believes clients deserve the highest quality advice and the very best service from people they trust.  

She is a keen philanthropist, having supported multiple national and international causes and a champion for diversity, including co-founding the Glass Elevator.  

She has lived and worked in most of the world's top twenty economies, and has advised local and international leaders in business and government on destination-led strategy, diversity and projects of commercial and national significance. Dennis Tang

Dennis recently co-founded BLW, a platform for business leaders to do more business through referrals and contribute to the society. He has been the Executive Director of an IT company which specializes in IOT products and services. He is a board member of several IT and healthcare services companies.

He was the CEO and co-founder of Executives' Global Network (HK), a business platform founded in 2010 in Hong Kong for senior executives to learn and share wisdom, experience and knowledge. He chaired confidential business forums for several groups of CEOs of MNCs and listed companies from 2010 to 2016.

He was a Director at one of the largest executive search and recruitment firms in North America. He also held management and senior executive positions including Regional CEO at several MNCs including IBM, HPand DataCard. He has cultivated a vast network of senior executives and business owner contacts throughout the
world.

Judy Tsui

Chancellor & Board Director, Wuhan College; Senior Advisor, Institue For New Economic Thinking, China & HK Based

Prof. Tsui is the Chancellor and Board Director of Wuhan College (founded by Mr. Chen Yidan, one of the core founders of Tencent and Yidan Prize). She is the Senior Advisor of the Institute for New Economic Thinking (Founding Sponsors and Advisory Board members are 6 Nobel Laureates in Economics).

Prof. Tsui is a member of the 13th National People’s Congress Election Conference to elect the HKSAR representative to the 13th National People’s Congress.

She was Vice President (International and Executive Education) of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (2010-2014). She was the first professor in Accounting who was awarded Cheung Kong Chair Professorship by the Ministry of Education in the Mainland (2005-2008). She is an Independent Non-Executive Director, Chairman of the Audit Committee and Member of the Investment Committee of Sino-Ocean Group Holding Limited (listed in Hong Kong). 

Poonam Barua

Ms. Barua is also Founder-Chairman of the distinguished “Forum for Women in Leadership” WILL Forum India — that brings together senior women executives from leading companies in India and multinationals for leveraging, sharing and mentoring women for leadership positions.

Over 6,000 women, from across 250 companies, and over 500 WILL Mentees – are presently participating in the WILL Forum mission. Founding members and Advisory Board of the WILL Forum include Tata Consultancy Services, KPMG, Infosys Technologies, Thomson Reuters, BP Castrol, Microsoft, GE, Amazon, and Starwood.

Sharon Schoenborn

Director Of Small, Medium & Corporate Business, Microsoft Australia, Australia Based

In her 16 years at Microsoft, Sharon has held a range of general management roles across the enterprise, public sector, corporate, SMB and consumer segments.  Currently, she is the Director for Small, Medium and Corporate Business responsible for enabling Australian organisations to innovate and grow through digital transformation.

Previously, Sharon was the Director of Microsoft’s Office Business Group and responsible for Australia’s leading business productivity platform.  Sharon also led Microsoft’s OEM division as Director of Sales and Marketing where she was responsible growing share through a differentiated PC and tablet portfolio in the Australian market. 

From 2011-2015, Sharon held the role of Queensland State Director, based in Brisbane, where she was responsible for commercial and public sector sales and leading Microsoft’s branch office of 120 people.

Sharon is currently a member of the board of directors for the Queensland Museum and in 2013 was recognised as Microsoft Australia’s Leader of the Year. 

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and a Master of Science Degree in Organisational Leadership from Minnesota State University.  Sharon lives in Sydney with her husband Robert.  

Susanna Chiu, MH JP

Director & Group Chief Representative, Li & Fund Development (China) Ltd, China Based

Susanna is the first woman served as the President of the HK Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA) and is the Founding President of the Institute of Accountants Exchange. On community services, she was awarded one of the ten nationwide "Chinese Women of Achievement" award in the UK in 1991 and has been appointed by the HKSAR Government to sit on many voluntary committees including the Education University of HK, the Women's Commission, and formerly the Equal Opportunity Commission. To honor her continuous contribution to the HK community, Susanna was awarded the Medal of Honor (MH) in 2013 and the Justice of Peace (JP) in 2017 by the HKSAR Government. She was also awarded the "Outstanding Women Professional" by the HK Women Professionals and Entrepreneurs Association in 2014 and Outstanding Businesswomen Leader Award by HK Commercial Daily in 2017.

In China, Susanna is appointed to be the member of the China People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) of Shanghai and formerly in the Shanxi Province CPPCC. She is the President of the Shanghai Minhang HK-Macau Association, and Deputy President of the Shanghai-HK Coalition of Professionals.

Susanna graduated from the University of Sheffield in England with Class 1 Honors in Economic and holds an Executive MBA degree from the Chinese University of HK.  

Vivian Tian

Global Vp & General Manager, Ebay China Centre Of Excellence, China Based

Vivian is the first female general manager and global VP of eBay China Center of Excellence (CCOE). She joined eBay in June 2012, as General Manager of CCOE and is responsible for leading a technology team of over 800 people in Shanghai. eBay CCOE is a technology powerhouse and global application development platform for eBay’s global customers and also to the open source community. Under her leadership, her teams have expanded the technological development of eBay globally and also accomplished numerous remarkable achievements in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Big Data. 

In addition, Vivian advocates and promotes women's self-awareness and gender equality recognition in the industry. She is very passionate about giving back to the society and often shares her perspectives on women potential, technology development and future of e-commerce at internal and external forums. 

Prior to joining eBay, Vivian had more than 23 years’ experience in R&D as senior management and domain expert.
